Fifth Avenue, NYC, Fully Built & Furnished Office Space For Sublease 10,300 SF

Fifth Avenue, located near the iconic Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick’s Cathedral, was transformed into a cutting-edge retail space. The redevelopment consolidated three floors into a singular, high-profile vertical retail destination, offering prime avenue signage and branding visibility.

The project sought to harness the full potential of the building’s air rights by adding a striking 35,000-square-foot glass “jewel box” tower, designed by the renowned architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.

Inside, the tower’s upper floors were characterized by expansive, column-free spaces and floor-to-ceiling glass walls, creating an open, airy atmosphere. The building’s modern lobby was further enhanced with an Amses Cosma glass wall sculpture, seamlessly blending art with architecture in this iconic location.

This innovative approach set a new standard for creative retail usage in New York City’s premier shopping districts. In 2016, Victoria’s Secret opened a multi-floor flagship store at Fifth Avenue, cementing the location as a prime destination for luxury retail experiences.
