We are now hiring highly motivated and proactive individuals with a high regard for work ethic for associate broker and agent positions. As a commercial real estate tenant rep broker/salesperson you will be required to help tenants find new property, space locations, sublease excess space and negotiate leases and sales. Also great opportunity to work from home full or part time.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lease Negotiation
Closing Deals
Financial Analysis of the different terms for Real Estate deals
Canvassing marketplace
Networking
Communicating with Landlords

Skills & Experience:

Ability to negotiate
Ambitious and hardworking individuals
New York State Real Estate License
Computer Skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF.
