Since our last update in January, the final touches have been completed. Recent photos reveal the building’s finished exterior, with its striking black steel façade that frames expansive, mullion-free windows.

A second layer of diagonal steel columns has been added around the eastern corner and along the retail frontage. All scaffolding and construction barriers have now been removed, revealing the fully completed property.
