In 2010, it became the first existing office building in New York City to achieve LEED Gold certification for sustainability after a comprehensive green retrofit. As the downtown headquarters of Publicis Groupe, it houses over 4,000 employees. Recently, Publicis extended its lease to 960,000 square feet for 20 years, the largest office lease in NY this year.
