Originally designed by The Eggers Group and opened in 1981, Lexington Avenue underwent a redesign by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. The renovation focused on the lobby, plaza, elevators, and subway entrance, utilizing limestone, white granite, and stainless steel.
Situated in the Plaza District, this tower offers floor plates ranging from 18,000 to 21,000 square feet and is flanked by two National Historic Landmarks: the General Electric Building and St. Bartholomew’s Church.
