Originally designed and built by the renowned architect Ely Jacques Kahn in 1927, 2 Park Avenue exemplifies his signature Art Deco style. Kahn, one of the most prominent architects of his era, was responsible for designing over 50 office buildings in Midtown Manhattan from 1919 to 1965. Completed in 1928, the building includes a 44-space parking garage as part of its original features.
